Karen has conducted over 750 workplace investigations for public sector employers. Additionally, Karen has extensive experience conducting investigations involving public safety personnel, in compliance with the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights and the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights. Karen graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992, and has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since December 1992. In 1994, she began working at Porter, Scott, Weiberg & Dele-hant (currently Porter Scott) in Sacramento, where she was responsible for all aspects of employment related litigation.
